Very honored to be able to stay in a traditional Japanese home. Quiet and serenity surrounding. You can see the sunrise from the living room. Cleanliness was spotless, digital tv channels were good, kitchen was fully functional. Space was good for big family like ours of 6 pax. Bedroom were all spacious. Very generous with the refreshments. Onsen was traditional and natural. We had a rental car, so amenities was easy and all within 10-20mins drive, including cable car station and Lake Ashi. Our car window was not fully closed and we didn’t realized until there’s actually an estate manager that goes around in case you need something. That’s quite assuring for us.

My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Loved the location. The service was impeccable. And the food was sublime and delicious. The hotel was a mix of old and new. Fabulous art and furniture. The staff couldn't do enough and suggested that as the firework festival was taking place that evening..we could have dinner earlier and taxi service would be arranged. We especially loved our private onsen overlooking the bay. Can't wait to return. Only an hour from Tokyo!!

Everything was beautifully presented, the dinner was definitely a highlight, and the views, quiet surroundings, and absolutely delightful library was top notch. I could have spent many more days reading and soaking in the serenity! The thoughtfulness of the dinner and breakfast, we were provided the story of each dish, made it greatly more enjoyable.

Exceptional stay in Hakone This place is truly exceptional. The house is perfectly located on a hillside surrounded by nature — peaceful and incredibly relaxing. My room had a beautiful view of the forest; I felt completely immersed in it. I could hear the birds singing every morning — it was magical. I also had my meals on site, and the food was absolutely delicious. The dining area opens up to the outdoors, offering breathtaking views while you eat. The on-site baths are fantastic — everything is thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor area is a dream. It feels like you're bathing right in the forest. The staff were beyond amazing — we were treated like royalty. I’ll definitely come back. A huge thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended, 200%. Don’t hesitate — go for it!
