Everything about Fujikawaguchiko is just perfect. Nice town, beautiful view of Mt Fuji. For an outdoor enthusiast, this town is perfect. It got mountains, nice enough for day hike. it got caves, lakes, old tunnel turn into a museum, ropeway, halal restaurant. The place was amazing.
The place was amazing. The people of Fujikawaguchiko were friendly and helpful. The landscape and nature was beautiful. From biking around the lake, walking to the waterfall and hiking on the trails it was wonderful. This place is awesome, i had a wonderful hiking to Mt. Fuji.
This place is awesome, i had a wonderful hiking to Mt. Fuji. It's a worth experience in my life. The other places like Oshino Hakai village, Chureito Pagoda are beautiful. The guesthouse is in a good location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend to my friends to visit this place if they visit Japan.Guest review byUyen - 8.0
Great city but only for a couple of days.
Great city but only for a couple of days. The lake was very nice. A lot of people go for hiking to the fuji mountain but we didn't. There is not a lot to do in the city if you don't plan any activities but still the view of the mountain was worth it. Have in mind that the mountain wasn't visible for the first 2 days we only saw it the last day before leaving as it was very cloudy and we were told that the mountain is only visible about 90 days of the year so have that in mind.Guest review byPanayiotisCyprus - 10.0
Ropeway and boat trip was good.
Ropeway and boat trip was good. We hired bikes from Jays as they shut later than the others and went to the Chureito Pagoda, Fujisan World Heritage Center, and then cycled round the lake stopping at Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum, Oishi Park and Yamanashi Gem Museum.Guest review byBerthaUnited Kingdom

Stayed in the Japanese style room with futon and tatami mat, really spacious and a good sleep. Hotel has a private rooftop bath for couples as well as public gendered onsen. Dined the shabu shabu course, food was great and staff were all super attentive. So much food and so well presented. Staff were ever so helpful and accommodating for our children and the views of Mount Fuji were amazing.
