Excellent room, even more spacious and beautiful than in the pictures. Very well equipped, and there's a huge supermarket next door which is very convenient. There were even games and coloring books which the kids appreciated. We had a great stay!

Takai the owner was sooooo helpful, it made all the difference to my stay in Matsumoto. I loved the book he made describing the different restaurants and what their specialities were. So much love and hard work have gone into making this place special. Takai was patient and answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me. I am very grateful for his kindness and consideration. Lots of eating and drinking places are only a few minutes away as is the castle. It's also only about 15 minutes walk from the station so even with a suitcase I could walk here.

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent location just a few minutes to the train station with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Many amenities included (such as slippers and pajamas). Excellent buffet for breakfast including salad, soup, yogurt, cereal, fish, meat, vegetables, and much more.

It's a beautiful, elegant hotel, with services that totally match the category. My room was large and comfortable, the hotel staff was kind, welcoming and professional, the breakfast exceptional. 7 minutes walking from the train station, a Family mart less then 5 minutes from the hotel and a lot of restaurants within 10 to 20 minutes walking from the hotel, plus the hotel itself has 2 restaurants, if I am not wrong. They include for their guest a visit to a nearby famous onsen (around 20 minutes with a shuttle).

A very cosy hotel. The Japanese style room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has plenty of food. The hot spring is very nice. The staffs are very friendly. Very close to Matsumoto Castle. As a bonus, there is a light show in the Castle, which is amazing.
