I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations — the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake view. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — it was delicious and of great quality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The accommodation was relatively close to the town center. It had a parking spot, was comfortable, spotlessly clean and it even had cutlery, so we managed to have dinner and breakfast there. The wooden beams are amazing, the bathroom has a great bath tub, I thought it was gorgeous.

The decor, the location, the way the common space is laid out, everything is very beautiful as well as functional. The common area can easily fit several people and not feel crowded at all. Everything! We travelled as two adults with our 18month old. The view is incredible, we were lucky to have a snow day on day of departure. A lot of thought has gone into this home and we loved all the intricate details - making our own drip coffee, using the clay pot to make rice, and fire sauna. The hot tub was an indeed a favourite. The cabin feels like you’re truly staying at a home that’s lived in and you get to experience a little of their life. The photography within the home is amazing. We spent two nights and remained at the house the entire time, one morning we did go on a small walk on a trail from the house. We travelled by train from Nagano to kurohime station, and pre arranged a taxi for pick up. We used google translate on arrival to book our taxi for day on departure with no problems.
