Everything. Misato is a nice area with a station across the road to get to anywhere in Tokyo. The local Lawson was the best conbini! The staff at Toyoko inn were amazing, helpful and accomodating. I really loved how we were greeted every time we returned and seen off every time we left for the day. The facilities were spotless, the lobby had free toiletries and happy hour from 4-9pm free beer. We took advantage of the coin wash since we were there for a long time. The breakfast was so yummy and balanced, our favourite part was when the group of women who cooked our breakfast would come and greet us at 9am on the dot. Thank you so much for having us, it was the best and we wish you all a wonderful 2025. Hope to see you again soon when I bring my daughter over. Arigatougozaimasu

Great location at Misato station on the Musashino line, one stop from Shin-Misato Lalaport Shopping Center, IKEA and Costco. Also one stop away to change to Tsukuba Express. Toyoko Inn hotels provide breakfast for everyone included in the room price. The front staff were exceptional, even though each day it was a different person, they all greeted the guests with a smile and genuine kindness and warmth.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to Kashiwa main station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff was very kind, and hotel is practically brand new. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, but the main advantage is the wonderful staff! This was my first visit to Japan, and I expected that people here would be kind and helpful. Fortunately, that is exactly how it turned out. When I arrived from the airport to the hotel by bus, my AirPods case fell out of my pocket on the bus. This is a very important item for me, and also the original one. The hotel staff helped me a lot: they called the bus company, but the first two times the answer was that the item was not found. And they told me: if it is found — they will inform me, and if not — then not. But the next day I asked to call again, and this time Mr. Miyazaki and two girls at the reception helped me to contact the company again. Unfortunately, I did not remember the girls’ names, but their support was incredible. Even when the company again answered that the item was not found, the girls left a lost item request. And I asked Mr. Miyazaki to help me find the bus number so that I could wait for it at the station and check myself. Despite the difficulties, he found the exact arrival time for me, and the girls wrote a note on paper so that I could show it to the driver, since I do not know Japanese. Thanks to them, I found my AirPods that same evening! Honestly, I was just deeply grateful as a person. I even came at night to personally thank them, but their shift was already over, so I passed my gratitude through colleagues. Thank you for helping me keep the best first impression of Japan. The hotel itself is also very good and comfortable. After a long flight I did not regret staying here. But I would like breakfast to be a little more varied for foreign guests like me. For example, adding chicken and vegetable dishes, boiled eggs or an omelet. But the service is excellent!

    Misato is an interesting and different area, Originally a quiet countryside area near to Tokyo, the Tsukuba Express line has caused it to start to grow in to a commuter friendly town. However, it still balances the quiet charm with all of the supermarkets and restaurants that have popped up around the station. If you want fresh air and a local feel, but also with quick access to Tokyo and large supermarkets and stores available too, it draws a perfect balance. The locals are very relaxed and pleasant suburban folks as well!
