The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and they held on to our bags for us. They also let us borrow umbrellas since it was raining and snowing. Overall, we were delighted to stay there. The room was also new and quite spacious that we had!

It’s close to Nagano Station which makes it very convenient for day trips. Location is very quiet on a quiet street despite being close to Nagano Station and the surrounding plethora of conveniences such as restaurants, convenience stores, department stores. It’s walking distance also to Zenko-ji as well. Staff front reception people were always helpful. There’s also a coin laundry. It is a good combination of affordability and it was clean. The room cleaning staff are doing a marvelous job with keeping rooms clean.
