My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Loved the location. The service was impeccable. And the food was sublime and delicious. The hotel was a mix of old and new. Fabulous art and furniture. The staff couldn't do enough and suggested that as the firework festival was taking place that evening..we could have dinner earlier and taxi service would be arranged. We especially loved our private onsen overlooking the bay. Can't wait to return. Only an hour from Tokyo!!

Everything was beautifully presented, the dinner was definitely a highlight, and the views, quiet surroundings, and absolutely delightful library was top notch. I could have spent many more days reading and soaking in the serenity! The thoughtfulness of the dinner and breakfast, we were provided the story of each dish, made it greatly more enjoyable.

This place was superb! I went at the end of my Japan trip and Hakone and this hotel were the perfect respite from the busy travelling. The room was comfortable, clean, authentic, and had an amazing view of the forest. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and continuously went the extra mile with so many things including local recommendations and dinners. It really added to my time there and made it even more special. The onsen is superb overlooking the forest.

Boutique luxury hotel in Hakone. I believe there are only 9 rooms in total. Brand new and stunning. The room is fantastic - decent size, bathroom huge, wardrobe, bed comfortable and loved the traditional feel to everything in the room, your own onsen with beautiful wooden surroundings that you fill with water yourself and can hear the large waterfall from the native bush below. Just divine and relaxing. Smart tv that you can watch from the onsen or in bed. Because of the waterfall you needed to have the volume up quite high though. Drinks in fridge were for your enjoyment free of charge. They include drinks and snacks in the restaurant area in the afternoon for your enjoyment. Lovely check in process, with a personal touch and a traditional tea. Bus stop right there at road entrance to the hotel - we used this a few times during our stay. Taxi is best when arriving and leaving with suitcases given the hills. 7 eleven a few hundred metres walk. We didn’t want to leave!
