I loved the traditional Japanese room design with modern amenities. Staff were very helpful and professional. Location was perfect, near the temple. Not too long a taxi ride from Narita Airport. You really get immersed in Japanese culture here, and I would recommend everyone start their trip in this area before travelling to Tokyo. I travelled all over Japan and Naritas temple was one of the best ones I visited, only second to the one in Nara.

The staff were lovely from the bus drivers to reception to the Family Mart staff. It was very much appreciated for a first time visitor. Loved the convenient shuttle buses and the Family Mart store in the hotel.

    Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

    The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

    It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

    I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

    Narita is far from the city but offers great view of the country side and an authentic traditional street leading to the beautiful temple and its surrounding garden. It has many great food around too!

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan. You can experience a little bit of the old Japan in the town of Narita station as well as the big shopping malls. Besides, you also experience the rice fields' green and sounds of frogs in the late spring, of course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the beginning of April, with getting green bamboo trees. I prefer to arrive in Japan at Narita than other Japanese international aiports.

    Narita Tobu Airport Hotel had a free shuttle to the airport, JR station and local mall. We took the free shuttle to the mall in the evening which was easy to navigate and the free shuttle to the airport in the morning. We had the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of food with many different nationality dishes. We booked a room with 4 single beds. The beds were firm but fine to sleep on. The bathroom had a bath. The coin laundry washer and dryer were used along with the convenience store located on-site.

    It is a really big airport hotel close to Narita international airport. The operate an airport shuttle bus (big bus), free of charge - we used it both ways and it was very good. Within the hotel, there is a smaller shop, where your can buy also some food.

    Good overnight stay after arriving in Narita Airport in the evening to avoid getting expensive taxi from Narita airport to Tokyo because trains and busses to Tokyo are not longer available in the evening. Convenient hotel shuttle from Narita Terminals.
