The moment we arrived , we were treated by professional and helpful staff .The room was magnificent and always cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was good quality if food and the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful .A really high standard of customer service from reception to the housekeeping, including the lovely security staff .We've already booked our next stay because of the excellent service and high standards of this hotel ..A really good example of teamwork .

Everything was perfect!!! The staff were so courteous and helpful, right from being checked in by Cynthia, every one made sure our stay was blissful.
