In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very near eateries and we don’t need to travel far to try black pork, it was just about 100m walk from the hotel. Nice to CU and GS25 are both very near. We also get to try bb.q chicken famous from Crash Landing on You Series as it was just around the corner. We don’t speak korean but the staff are accommodating enough to communicate with us while we use google translate. It’s really a great stay!
