The premises overall is very clean & neatly presented. Our room was always clean, comfortable and maintained well, nice bathrooms, fresh bedding, plenty of towels. Staff were always accommodating, lovely, friendly, polite, always looking after anything we needed. The Food was tasty and always fresh. I highly recommend the Banana Fritters for dessert. A special mention goes out to the staff members who organised a dinner for 9 people very quickly for us with very short notice. Amazing job! If you want a view from your window make sure you take note & book this. Some room windows are completely blocked out, which we actually didn’t mind.

It’s a newly opened place. Nice pool and clean rooms. Staff were great. Especially Shafraz & the guy with glasses who was very helpful and always smiling and greeting. Overall good experience and good value for money. Close to the beach.

Grand tasteful accommodation in the heart of Colombo but perfectly quiet and peaceful, where the sound of traffic is non existent and replaced by bird song. Huge rooms, great pool, terrific food. The room was nice and clean with a great view of the ocean. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and I didn't wake up with a sore back which was a bonus. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Initially we booked the room for 2 nights but extended our stay for another 2 nights as we were very happy with the place. Excellent security downstairs to the apartment complex where there is someone there 24/7. That alone was a huge bonus and gave us peace of mind to venture around and enjoy our holiday.
