We made a last-minute booking and were lucky to get the Sky Villa – a true gem and hidden treasure! The view was absolutely breathtaking, with a private jacuzzi pool and an unbeatable sense of privacy. The service was exceptional, with staff operating at the highest level of professionalism. Totally worth the price. The feeling of being on top of a giant rock is indescribable – truly unique! The room was brand new, and we learned the hotel only opened three months ago. You definitely won’t regret staying here!

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, and I sincerely hope I can return as soon as possible! Good place, brilliant view to the river and daily round of elephants. Food was ok, and price was very good. 2,5k local rupees, around 9 usd for each breakfast/lunch/dinner. Great. Personal was extremely good, enjoyed 👍🏻

Amazing location on the street where elephants traverse to bathe and you have access to this property from a side street even when the main street is closed till 4pm. Staff was pleasant and uograded me to a private room when the dorms were overbooked. Great views for evening bat migration very pleasant stay overall.

Andrew and his staff are amazing. They were always helping us out with everything and they were taking care of us like family. The room is spacious, modern and clean with air conditioning. The kingsize bed is great. The shower is wonderfull with all the toiletteries.There is fast wifi. The location is great, near the river with a incredible view. Their breakfast is amazing and delicous. With the dinner there was live music. The pool is great and has an amazing view It was an unforgettable experience to see all the elephants Thank you all for a wonderfull stay 10 out of 10

A very pleasant, quiet guesthouse with amazing views onto green hills from the terrace. Spotlessly clean !!! Spacious well-equipped room. Super friendly and helpful staff!! Western breakfast and Sri Lankan dinner were both delicious.
