Most amazing service, best hospitality, the manager Saman did everything to make our stay very pleasant. Special thanks to Viduna and Hassan, who help us with everything, they were the kindest people we have ever met. Special thanks to our chef Denura, who made every meal delicious. My stay at Bellwood Hills Hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, with stunning views from the room. The highlight of each day was definitely the breakfast – fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. There was a wide variety to choose from, including local specialties, fresh fruits, pastries, and perfectly brewed coffee. It was the kind of breakfast that made you want to sit a little longer and just enjoy the moment. I would return in a heartbeat!

The hotel is of course old, but the team is excellent - the rooms are renovated, the plumbing and bathroom are new and comfortable, there is hot water. The Windows overlook the road, but the view is of the mountains and greenery. The noise from the road is not audible if you close the windows. Breakfasts and dinners are super delicious. You can also order lunches. A wonderful woman cooks, you can warn about your preferences in advance - in general, all questions and wishes can be quickly and clearly resolved through Farvees (Operations Coordinator). The rooms are spacious, there is everything you need and an electric kettle and tea. Around the mountains, waterfalls and tea plantations factories, temples - we specially returned to these places after a trip to Noir Elia and Ella. The hotel itself has a lot of common comfortable spaces in the fresh air and under the roof - you can be alone or gather a company at the table, we used free billiards for guests. Special thanks to the Beautiful Shiva for an interesting and informative tour. The hotel has a good natural cosmetics and tea shop.

AMAZING STAY. Janaka and his wife are adorable and so hospitable. The place was very peaceful and the views are incredible. Janaka’s wife’s cooking was also nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend and plan to come back one day in the future!

This is a carefully designed small cottage. Compact but very comfortable. Out door sitting areas, stoned carved seats and bath tubs, swings, tree house nets. Kids loved it. We loved the peaceful nature and the calm environment.

We had just finished walking all 300km of the mountainous pekoe trail so this was the perfect place to come and chill straight after. Loved the pool and the service, food and everything about this place. Felt like a very special place indeed.
