A very nice accommodation located near Negombo. I would definitely recommend it to anyone either leaving Sri Lanka or just arriving. It’s a perfect transit point because the accommodation meets European standards – not only in terms of equipment, but also cleanliness, which is on a higher level than what is usually found in Sri Lanka. You won’t miss anything here – and at the same time, you can enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere all around (nature, local life, traffic, and friendly people). The place is very clean, the garden and pool are always well-maintained, and everything works (air conditioning, TV, fans, fridge). It has a great location – close to the airport and just 5 minutes by Uber to the beach. The ride to the beach costs only 340 LKR (approximately 1 euro). The owners are truly kind people, and it's easy to communicate with them about anything. There are also two lovely, clean dogs and a cat on the property. The food here is excellent. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from about eight different meals, which change regularly. There is always a choice – from local Sri Lankan dishes (including fresh fish) to European-style meals, so everyone can find something they like. The owners buy fresh ingredients every day.

This little paradise right on the lagoon is the best place to arrive in Sri Lanka! After a long flight, the beautiful garden with pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Isha and her team are incredibly warm, courteous and attentive. We can highly recommend having dinner at the accommodation. Isha cooked Sri Lankan food, which was absolutely delicious and outstanding. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We can only recommend this accommodation and would come again.

This place is SO beautiful!! My room is superb with my own courtyard. The pool, pond, and grounds are tranquil and are built for relaxation and escape from the heat. The staff are attentive and excellent. Great food at the restaurant, so there no need to leave but everything within a short walk if you do! Staff can arrange everything from airport transfers to tours.

I had a very nice experience at this hotel: it was perfect clean, facilities were working, good breakfast, beautiful view from the roof terrace (garden and city)! But, the most important are the manager, Basil, and the cooker-lady! Very kind and helpful, Basil is a wonderful person, he arranged everything, early check-in and late check-out (of course with a corect payment), and also booking car and tuk-tuk for me, accordingly with my needs. Wish I come back here for my next visit în Sri Lanka! Thanks! 🙏

    Negombo is one of those places that has lovely beaches, the beach were the Sentido Heritance was located was very clean and beautiful but there were parts to Negombo were the beach did have rubbish. Negombo itself has plenty to offer from the fish markets boat tours, mangrove tours and the city. Other amazing places in Sri Lanka - Kandy, Tricomalee, Jaffna and Islands, Galle.

    Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last day of your trip in Sri Lanka. It's really close to the airport, it has a nice beach, and there are a lot of good hotels. There's no tourist attraction around, but there's a few good restaurants also.

    I hear from others Negombo was great area for the visitors also it is closer to CMB airport that was the reason I selected there. After I explore the area there are so many nice hotels are there to book and also heard down south area is becoming a good spot for the tourism than Negombo.

    Perfect one/two nights on arrival take a tuktuk tour its worth it and last night before you leave. Negombo is 30 mins to the main SRI Lankan Airport, much close than Colombo. Also all hotels have UK plug sockets which is useful

    Its one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka.

    Its one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka. The food places like Prego, Toro pub, Bamboo Kitchen with Shisha, Rodeo are some of the amazing places. The Browns Beach and the people are amazing and loving. Infact Poruthota road has a SPA CEYLON boutique you can use it for mssage rituals from Luxury Ayurveda. Beautiful coastal lines, fsh markets, churches etc. A must visit.

    Jetwing was right on the beach. We decided to stay in Negombo rather than Colombo. A gentle start to our holiday. Well thought out room and amenities. We loved the coffee facilities in the room. Great views. It's worth a walk along the beach to see the fishing and the locals. I wish I'd brought some pens and paper for the children. Lots of cricket games happening in the local village I felt very privileged to see how Sri Lankan families live.

    I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Amagi Aria. The front manger was incredibly welcoming and accommodating and staff at front was excellent. One of the best place i have stay during my Sri Lanka trip. The hotel offers great view of Negombo lagoon. Highly recommended.
