Very calm place. Staff also so friendly and served us in a best way to make our anniversary so perfect. Excellent chef and food was delicious. Their practise on organic good and in house vegetable & tea garden is something to learn our life. Absolutely marvelous place.

Super friendly staff and comfortable place to stay. Stayed with our newborn baby during a business trip. This place is child friendly, very safe and the staff goes out of the way to help make the guest comfortable. Breakfast was worth for money and tasty. The accommodation met all our expectations. The owners and the staff were very nice, kind, helpful and friendly. We had a great time here. Everyone took very good care of us and made our stay as cozy as possible. Nothing was a problem for them. The accommodation is very clean, with air conditioning and above-standard toiletries. The pool is always clean and refreshing. You definitely have to try the restaurant because the chef is an absolute pro and we haven't had such a good meal in a long time. Portions are huge. Thank you for all your care and your profesionality. Such a georgeous, safe, lovely and amazing place.

The host Buddhika is a very gracious host, we were able to see his tea fields and were welcomed in his house, he even made us homemade drinks and talked about the different kinds of plants in his garden. The pick up service was excellent and he helped us to get on the right bus. The two cottages are very beautiful, equipped with everything you need (best ac so far in Sri Lanka) and have a very peaceful view of the lake, in a short walking distance is a spot to swim. It’s near the street, which you can sometimes hear. Buddhika prepared very delicious dinners for us and provided everything we needed and more whilst being respectful of our privacy. We took a trip to sinharaja national park (1h by car and then 3-4hours in the park with a guide) for a very reasonable price and again Buddhikas service was exceptional! On the way to matara we wanted to buy some tea and he took us to his family’s factory and we got a free tour and an interesting tasting. All in all we had a great stay and a very peaceful and calming experience!
