The staff are very friendly and petient. The breakfast is very rich in its content. Besides the room is very clean and cosy. Bath water is quick to get warm. Hotel is newly designed and built. I used to check in Double Tree Hilton in Luxembourg and it is very very bad if compared with INNSIDE.

We liked everything : a little hotel perfect located near the train station, bus station from the airport and tram station that get you in the city center in a few minutes or you could walk for about 15 minutes on a beautiful avenue . There are super markets around and also little restaurants on the hotel street. The room was big enough for two, bright and well equipped , including a safe, a little fridge, an electric kettle to make instant coffee or tea, the hotel providing you the coffee and tea bags and also 2 bottles of water every day. Plus, the hotel has a coffee machine , at level -1 where you could make yourself a proper cup of coffee. The reception is open from morning, around 7 untill 10 p.m. and we could leave our lugguge there on the arrival day because we had an early flight. The check in was fast and simple and at check out we simply left the keys in a check out box, also having an early flight. The staff of the hotel is nice and talkative , ready to help you with everything. All in one , staying at this hotel was a beautiful experiemce and a good value for money.

    Luxembourg has so much to offer.

    Luxembourg has so much to offer. Take advantage of the free transportation. You may have to rent a car to get to more remote locations; like Vianden Castle or Mullerthal. The history of the country is amazing and the shopping and food are great. We spent a week and barely touched the surface.

    It's a wonderful place.

    It's a wonderful place. Luxembourg City itself can be explored in a day or two, so if you're planning a longer stay, be sure to rent a car and explore the rest of this magnificent country. Luxembourg City is beautiful, clean, and safe. It's worth walking around the impressive fortifications, seeing the cathedral, the ducal palace (open in summer), and the beautiful townhouses. If you have more time, you can visit the museums: I especially recommend the Municipal Museum and Fort Thüngen. An unforgettable experience!

    Our family visit to Luxembourg was truly memorable. The city is spotless, beautifully organized, and incredibly easy to get around thanks to its free and efficient public transportation. Everywhere we went, we were met with friendliness and warmth from the locals, which made our stay even more enjoyable Highlights included the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Grand Ducal Palace, Place Guillaume II, and especially the Bock Casemates — a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site that takes you deep into the city’s history. The panoramic Pfaffenthal Elevator offered breathtaking views of the valley and old town, while the Melusina statue reminded us of the city’s magical legends. Luxembourg may be small, but it is rich in culture, history, and charm. A hidden gem in Europe that we would highly recommend to any traveler looking for a mix of history, beauty, and modern comfort.

    Very walkable city, there is a “High Town” & a “Low Town”, so be prepared for some hills. There is a lift joining the two. Interesting historic buildings, squares & park areas. Lots of bars &restaurants. Try the local potato pancakes, served with apple sauce & salad.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was close the train station and also so many bus stop/route options there. There are also many shops, restaurants and pubs close by. I felt safe and secure, especially as a solo traveller. If you like walking, you can easily walk to the city centre from there. The room was super clean, the water was hot, etc. It’s a great place to stay when in Luxembourg. I really enjoyed my stay.

    The hotel is touching the city center (10 minuts walking to the cathedral and the main places). Very well communicated with bus & tram (one from the airport) and with parking in the same building. The room was perfectly clean, with a kitchenette, the beds are comfortable.... All was perfect. And the staff was incredibly nice, attending all our needs. If I come back to Luxembourgh, I'll stay again here.
