Had a lovely stay at Idou Malabata with my partner for a few days of winter holiday and to catch some Moroccan sun. The staff was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Everyone speaks very good English and is eager to give their guests the best experience possible. If anything went not quite as hoped the staff was very helpful and resolved any issues immediately. Things can always go wrong but it’s down to how they are handled and rectified and this was done very well at Idou Malabata. We enjoyed the gym, the spa and the beautiful view from our family room which we were upgraded to upon arrival (complimentary) just to make our stay more special. The food in the restaurant was very good. The menu on that day had mostly fish dishes which wasn’t ideal for someone who doesn’t like fish or seafood. I recommend checking the menu of the day before making a reservation. The cocktails were very well crafted and tasty. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim so we did not get to enjoy the pools but they looked lovely and very inviting on hot days. Can whole heartedly recommend the hotel, restaurant and bar and would definitely stay again.

Everything was so perfect, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to all hotel Farah team, who made sure we had a wonderful time From day 1. The room was always super clean, the bed Comfy, the sea view from the room just breathtaking. Thank you sooo much Fawzia for your professionalism, your kindness and for making our stay confortable. You are an amazing person and hotel Farah can be proud to have you in their team. The breakfast was topp, the best service and quality ever. A true 5 stars. We don’t remember all names but thank you Hassan And your collègues from the bottom of my heart. The room service also amazing, the reception, we would like to Thank Loubna, Mhammed and Bader. The location of the hotel was good as it was only 10 minutes to get to the Medina and most of the attractions. It was a very trendy hotel with lots of fun decor as well as being very modern and upscale. The pool was really lovely and the outdoor bar area as well. The staff were really helpful with helping us book taxis and get to places. It was very clean and the rooms were laid out nicely.

Apartment was perfect. Guard outside the building at night was a plus, we felt more secure about leaving the car. Parking was no problem. All communication good. Arrived at 2.00 at night.
