Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. (4) a staff who goes all out just to make a reservation at Iloli for me.

This incredible hotel is situated perfectly with stunning views over the entire city from the amazing rooftop with the best sushi and great vibe. The staff was incredibly sweet after a long haul and helped us out when my son had left his phone in the taxi. They got it back! Breakfast was scrumptious with an Arabic/European mix. The room was wonderful and the bathroom even better! Supercomfy bed with the biggest pillows we’ve ever slept on! All in all 5star for an incredibly affordable price. Yalla! Coming back soooon!!

The hotel staff was very friendly. We stayed here for only two nights, but still the room was cleaned the next day and toilet paper was replenished. Very much appreciated the length of the breakfast. Breakfast was, I think, from 8am to 12pm, which is a very long time. It was nice that we were not limited by time. We would have liked to stay even longer, but we already had other plans.
