Riad was authentic Moroccan style. Loved being there. Ocean was close by - about 7 minutes walk - and we loved being on the beach and hearing the sound of the waves. Guided hiking was great and we enjoyed bartering in the souk in Agadir. We visited a women's collective on our way to the anti Atlas with great organic oils and an educational tour of the gardens. That was fabulous - no pushy selling. We ate mainly in the hotel but there were many good places to eat inexpensively near by. Getting around was easy - taxi for us. A bit rough round the edges, but worth it for a more authentic experience and for the amazing beach. All the locals we met were nice and our children really fell in love with all the local stray cats and dogs who all seem to be well looked after and respected.
