MaldivesOur experience at Swarn was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly at the jetty, making us feel immediately welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the team had already taken our lunch order while we were still at Dharavandhoo jetty—service you don’t often find even in luxury hotels. Our personal host was incredibly attentive, staying in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The ocean views from our room and bathroom were truly the highlight, offering a serene and calming atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and both the service and cleanliness were top-notch. The food was plentiful and impressive for a local island in the Maldives.
Kamadhoo, located in BAA Atoll, is an underrated island that truly is a hidden gem. The beaches are stunning, especially the expansive Bikini Beach. The island is convenient with a few cafes, restaurants, and shops. The local residents are kind and welcoming. The reefs near the beach are well-maintained and incredibly beautiful. We also enjoyed a Manta excursion, just a few minutes from the island, where we had the amazing experience of seeing Mantas up close. The excursion was well-organized by Rifaa and his team. Additionally, the spa therapist, Erna, provided an excellent massage, enhancing our overall relaxation. We will definitely return again and again!

A special mention goes to my butler, Nizam, who was exceptional in the short time I was there. He was always available to answer my questions, quick to respond to any requests, and personally helped arrange excursions that made my stay even more memorable.
The entire team at Dusit Thani was warm, attentive, and professional, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. This level of service and hospitality truly made my visit unforgettable.
And of course, let's not forget their beautiful house reef which is a huge plus point for an ocean lover such as myself.

Czech RepublicThe rooms are new, just opened 02-2025. Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly, always smiling. The breakfast is 1 minut walk just round the corner. It was tasty and enough for adults. Bikini beach is ca 40 meters from hotel it was clean. Corals very nice with a lot of life and fisches. The owner Mohammed organised the transport from Male airport as domestic flight for reasonable price and then picked us up with speedboat at the domestic airport. By leaving the island he went with us to harbour to found a local ferry to another island. Everythink was perfect.

The island is small but very picturesque and well-maintained. We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool — surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful scenery and a sense of complete privacy.
Right across from our villa was a golf simulator, which we used several times since we enjoy playing golf.
The main restaurant pleasantly surprised us — the food was tasty and varied. Among the à la carte options, the Japanese restaurant was our favorite. We dined there several times, and the dishes were truly outstanding.
The spa was also a highlight — the massage was absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing.
Special thanks to the staff — polite, attentive, and very detail-oriented.
We were left with only the best impressions of our stay.

I absolutely would return!
I absolutely would return!
After the fact I was told this was a Russian resort but we interacted with a variety of guests during our visit. Our neighbors were guests 20 years ago and returned with two children. They were having an absolute ball.
I loved the swim up bar at the pool - and the fact it was at the opposite end (along with a divider) from the children's area.
Super attentive and friendly staff, great meals, I didn't tire of the options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurant was lovely too. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it.
Great chill vibe and overall a fun place to relax and play.

We liked almost everything.
Our vacation was relaxing and beautiful. The beach was perfect, with soft almost white sand and warm, clear blue water. The bungalow was was really cozy with sun set view. Snorkeling we saw sharks, turtles, so many amazing small fishes. And they were almost near our place. We had wonderful neighbors and made new friendships.

A beautiful island, lovingly maintained. Despite its age, it is in very good condition, clean and comfortable. We lived in room 222 - cozy and cool. Professional and friendly staff. All issues are resolved promptly and kindly. The food is beyond praise, a real culinary show. The reefs are alive, with diverse wildlife: sharks, turtles and fish. Nice live music. Special thanks to manager Nipun for his warm and professional support.

Beautiful Atoll and very kind local people.
Beautiful Atoll and very kind local people. Many spots where to snorkel. The reef is full of life (beautiful marine species). A right place for fishing huge trevally, tuna, mahi-mahi, and baracuda (among other coral fishes)

I specifically chose Baa atoll as it is in the protected Biosphere that regulates fishing and any harmful practices to the underwater environment and coral reefs. It consists of a number of small individual islands as well as a number of "native" islands where locals live and maldivian culture can be experienced. It's also not too far from Male airport - just a short domestic flight and speedboat to the island.

Everything. It was clean. It was well located for mostly everyone to get an amazing sea view in the panoramic view windows. I wish it had more indoor communal seating. Like at the reception a sofa or something so if people weren’t eating they can sit there rather than sitting in the dining area with the diners. Or sitting outside by the pool. It doesn’t change my amazing experience, just an idea for more improvement.
They made everything work, whatever you’d ask they made it work. I’ve never experienced more hardworking hotel staff.

The bathroom was special. You could have a shower looking the stars. The bed was huge, very comfortable. They offered coconut water for free. They would take you for free everywhere in the island you wish, and after bring you back to the hotel. However, it deserves rather walking if you can over this paradice island.
