Panamera Suites was a hidden gem on Tulum beach. Everything from the ease of check in to the fun beach club and to the good food made for a great stay, will be back. The staff were very accomodating especially as we moved between the beach and the pool/hot tub, shout out to "King David" and Joshua! the Panamera Suites rooms on the beach were beautiful, stay on the first floor if possible and you can walk out your room right into the sand.

We enjoyed every day of our stay at Xela. Everything exceeded our expectations: the stunning hotel amenities, the delicious food, and the exceptional service. you are looking for a relaxing stay in Tulum, NIKEN is the place for you. My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. It is in the quieter part of the beach strip, but close enough to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a great size have a beautiful view of the water. The beach is also cleaned daily from seaweed and rubbish (many other hotels don’t do this as regularly). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were provided with fresh water each day. A special mention to Jerónimo, Marcelino and restaurant staff, who were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when we had any questions regarding the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!
