All great, no problem and exceeded my expectations. It's a business class hotel, and reflects good in all the details. The room had bathtub with tub, comfortable chairs for works, a desk, a table for dinner. Good TV channels.

Customer service was awesome! did enjoy my time at the hotel. Breakfast loved it, as it was buffet. Didnt take pictures as i used too, because i went to Hell and Heaven festival and at the end of the day we were crushed.

The restaurant is located next to the hotel. The food is good, so I recommend making a reservation. The service is satisfactory but somewhat slow. The menu features a great selection of Mexican dishes. The view of the green mountains is a fabulous start to every morning. The hotel is located in the forest, blending old buildings from the farm with new developments around the hotel.

    cozy bed and bed sheets, 3min walk to the main street in the city centre, clean, free drinking water, terrace with view at the volcano. the staff helped us with information getting to Nevado de Toluca, we took an Uber to the entrance of the park and from there a camioneta that seem to run weekdays and weekends.

    i enjoyed my stay. it's...not for long term. it's basically a hostel for people waiting for the next flight out of toluca. and it does have very good restaurants. just have cash money on you, because the taxis and even if you're brave enough - the buses - i'll finish this in the complaints
