Beautiful location to stay at! Quiet next to the water where you can just look at all the boats. House is really comfortable and the water in the shower is nice and warm.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to prepare a coffee, which is a plus for Italians :D the breakfast was fresh and varied and the location wonderful. A very delightful stay. We will come again if back in Utrecht

Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

One could hardly find a more romantic location - right next to a canal, maybe 40cm above the water level. There were chairs and a table (and even an umbrella) one could put out in front of the apartment by the canal (we didn't, it was a bit cool). Despite the privacy one felt there, the apartment is also extremely conveniently located - maybe a three minute walk from cathedral and tourist info. My wife said she thought the bed was the most comfortable she'd ever had.

Arrived very late, the host was very good and was able to eat some very nice ribs. Room was very clean, would stay again but unlikely to be in the area again, so very pleasant stay nice people and very clean room, thank you.

This hotel has a wonderful location in the centre, on a cosy shopping street, close to a good restaurants and a parking garage. Those are the only positive features. Alas, it is the only possibility to stay in the centre and we wish there were other options and we did not have to stay in the hotel when we visit Ijsselstein.
