Very stylish, cosy and high quality hotel. Everything has been thought out to the last detail. Excellent breakfast. The hospitality is top notch. The hotel is located in the heart of the loveliest Sluis. We spent three lovely days with a bike ride to the sea, a visit to Bruges, and wandered around the shops and fish market of Sluis. The Easter breakfast was particularly marvellous.

Location is in the centre of town so good for getting around. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional with loads of choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful - we will be staying again. Also tried the restaurant food and that was really good and well presented.

Is smelled gorgeous, it looked gorgeous the staff was so sweet and helpful and gave us a very nice upgrade so we had a sea view room which was lovely as ever! The bar was very nice and we had lovely foods and amazing cocktails!! The manhattan was very tasty and the cherry Moscow mule (kind of drink) was lovely lovely too!! Breakfast was one of the best buffet style breakfasts we ever had, Just all in all 10/10 would definitely stay again!!! One more thing…there was a door for guests that let you out and into the hotel right into the dunes…you could leave your room and be on the beach in less than a minute.

    IT'S A SCAM.

    IT'S A SCAM. Never in your life trust any Belvilla accommodation, it's a scam, they make you pay IN ADVANCE (in our case almost 1000€) and it's has been a nightmare since then because a couple of days before our stay they suddenly CANCELLED without any previous notification or reason. They never replied to us, neither to Booking, so Booking had to take care of it and reimburse our money. But they just disappeared once they got our money and cancelled the reservation. Me and my boyfriend absolutely always trust Booking for all our travels and accommodations and never encountered any problem, at least not similar to this one. I don't understand how Booking.com still collaborates with them, you just have to read Google reviews to see that everyone is disappointed and they are real scammers.
