Everything was perfect. Service is fantastic. Staff are all very pleasant and eager to please. The manager, Dol, makes it a point to speak with every new guest and offer tips and recommendations. Hotel is well-located, close to shopping, dining and touristy places. The restaurant/bar at the hotel makes the best masala chai i’ve ever had!

One of the highlights of our trip was a Himalayan exploration tour that the hotel staff arranged for us.
