There is a big clock on the hilltop.
There is a big clock on the hilltop. A big playground in the city centre. An information centre with a museum and a small gallery in the same building. We could walk along the river in the bush. Grocery shopping was easy as there are two major supermarkets, New World and Woolworths. Fast food was easy to find. Cafes offer good-tasting coffee. There is plenty of free parking in the town centre, from where we could walk almost anywhere around the town. Alexandra is a small town for a visit, where you want to unwind in a laid-back setting. I was there for a golf tournament.
I was there for a golf tournament. Absolutely awesome place to base yourself and friends. Has an amazing sports complex. I always enjoy a soak at the local pool. The sheets were very dirty and sticky, the towels smelled revolting. Room walls had finger and foot prints and looked so dirty and unclean. The utensils and dishs were filthy and could not be used. Staff also very rude and unhelpful, they didn't even knock and barged in without asking. They told us "that we must get going" before 9 o'clock. Worst customer service ever.
