Amazing stargazing just outside the camp if you have clear nights. The room was comfortable and clean - what you would expect from a holiday park setting - and the shared kitchen is functional if a bit small for the number of people staying.

The heat pump was turned on, so it was lovely and cost warm when we arrived. Appreciated the coffee machine. Warm, comfortable, information available about local places of interest. Close to town, so short trip to get petrol and food essentials. Would recommend

The owner was very friendly and met us as we pulled up. The heating was already on and we enjoyed the local history in the guest folder.

The Grove Turangi is a recently renovated chalet in Turangi where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. There's a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay.
