Allowed us to store our luggage for free for the rest of the day even after we had already checked out while we did tours. The property is stunningly beautiful Colonial. Continental breakfast was great included. But what I thought was exceptional was the restaurant very good food which is hard to find from hotel restaurants.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. We were stuck in Nazca do to protests and had to stay longer than planned. Always felt welcome and they went out of their way to help us.

The location and the services they provided! Jose picked us up at the bus station and someone else drove us back there even though it was only 3 blocks away. We arrived at night so that was nice. Josue arranged a flyover for us that night, after 10 pm, for the following morning, and drove us to and from the airport. They provided great service!
