Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in Cusco and at a good price without a doubt. I booked one night and in the end I stayed one more night due to a problem with some airline tickets. The girls' attention is very good and the breakfast is very delicious with lots of fruit. The hotel is very close to the airport. This was an amazing stay for us. We arrived from Cusco and it was very easy to find the hotel. Great service from a friendly family. They helped us with an extra pillow for my sick partner and directions to local shops. Chatted easily through google translate and the owners were eager to help. They helped sort a taxi for us up to the ruins in the morning, held onto our luggage for the day as we explored the ruins, arrived back in the afternoon and they came out onto the street with us to help us catch a collectivo to Ollantaytambo. Great value for money. Room was as advertised with a view of the mountains. Decent breakfast made specifically for us even though we were late to get up. Location was on the street with collectivos going past and a very lovely 3-5min walk into the town.

We were fortunate to find this hotel, after having our reservation at another hotel cancelled upon arrival. After close to 5 months of travel through Colombia and Peru this was by far the best sleep I have had for the last five nights. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and quiet and the hospitality was excellent. We could deal and adapt to hot water being available only for short periods in the morning and evening. Pleasant lounge to enjoy a beer and mountain view at the end of our hiking days.
