One of the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever met, Randy, Michi, Gerald , Len, and all the staff ive interacted with at the hotel were really sweet and encouraging during my stay especially when I had fallen ill and low for a few days they really tried their best to boost me back up. It would be unfair for me to comment, having stayed there twice. How do you know the SureStay staff and management are excellent? Simple. You don't see them unless you need them. And then, they are excellent!!!! Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes. THE most polite. THE most engaging. We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management. They are that good. From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.
