Hands down, one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had in Pakistan! While everything was exceptional, a few standout features made this experience truly unforgettable. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable — making us feel truly pampered. One late-night emergency had us needing something urgently from the city, and despite being short-staffed, the management didn’t hesitate to help, even arranging personal transport. That level of care is rare in our country to be honest The location? Simply unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic views of Rakaposhi, the glowing valley, and surrounding mountains was surreal. The ambiance of the resort is artistically curated, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and barcodes linking to artist stories — a beautiful touch. The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! To top it all off, this is the first place I’ve stayed that truly offers value for money in a tourist hotspot like Hunza, where most 4-star hotels tend to overcharge. A Hidden Gem in Pissan! I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Rakaposhi Amin Hotel & Restaurant in Pissan. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed like family. The hospitality of the managers, Abid Amin and Asim Amin, was beyond exceptional — such kind, respectful, and down-to-earth individuals who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, clean and cozy rooms, and a peaceful environment that's perfect for relaxation. The restaurant serves fresh, delicious local food that left me wanting more — definitely one of the best meals I had during my trip! Whether you're visiting for a night or planning a longer stay, I highly recommend Rakaposhi Amin Hotel. Breakfast was great, the food was made properly and was tasty. We had a great time in the evening with the bonfire on the lake. Had really great views from our room.

The whole Eco cabin concept, the vibe with the nature, and all the amenities and good food you can think off are present at Magpie. And to top it all off, the lovely hosts Uncle and Aunty were just amazing. They gave us a free upgrade to the Luxury Cabin, and also gave us Eidi on Eid day. The conversations we had with them were just amazing. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would be coming here again and again! 10/10 recommended

"I had an incredible stay at Hounza Lounge! The room with a balcony offered breathtaking views of Rakaposhi and Diran Mountain – waking up to that scenery was a dream. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, making it feel like a true retreat. The staff were amazing, especially Amir, who was thoughtful and seemed to anticipate all my needs. I initially booked for one night but ended up staying for a month because of the peaceful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Karimabad Bazaar. A special thank to the owner, Noushad, who went above and beyond to help me organize my trips, guide, taxidriver and make sure I had everything I needed. This is by far the most peaceful place in Karimabad, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!"
