Staff's readiness to help you in anything is superb. One of the cleanest hotel I have ever been. Super flexible amenities, excellent sauna included in the price. Selection of fresh breakfast is pretty wide and top bonus never seen ever before: wrapped sandwiches to take is just amazing idea. Location is just at the edge of old town.

Do travel a lot and stay in many hotels but don't rate or comment a lot Krys is a pleasant exception. I made a mistake in booking and booked for two people instead of one, staff noted my mistake and fixed it saving me money instead of simply charging as booked. It is rare honesty in our days.

I recently stayed at Hotel Martina and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful, quiet and well equipped apartment. Exactly as in the pictures, but better. It was Spotless! And I mean top notch cleanliness - kudos to the cleaning lady. I absolutely loved the wood and brick charm of it, lighting and overall design. It surpasses any hotel in every aspect. It is conveniently stocked with lots of towels, nice quality bath supplies, some female hygiene products. There is an iron with the board as well. Comfy and cosy bed was perfect after a long day, just as the sofa and the play station.
