Turtle Bay Inn is a well planned property both simply and efficiently decorated, impeccably clean and replete with a very relaxing outside bar and swimming pool. All of the above makes viable reason to choose Turtle Bay HOWEVER…. It is the staff, especially manager Angel, that makes you crazy NOT to stay here. His sincere and positive commitment to help makes the difference from a solid B+ lodging to an undisputed A+. Many many thank you’s Angel

Everything about this place was MAGICAL> From location to morning breakfast. The host and her assistant's "aka" her ​son and daughter, whom I had the pleasure of meeting, were ​all very attentive and delightful to talk to and get to know. Th​is ​Hospedaje deserves a 10​ PLUS-star Rating. Everything here was ​so well polished with ​lots of details ​including a rustic feel that is so well-manicured, clean and exquisite. The pool was incredibly refreshing -​located in the middle of its beautiful, lush grounds. Me and my 2 kids stayed there until nightfall to stargaze ​accompanied by the charming coqui's music​al background. Next time I visit​, I will come without my children because this place is perfectly suited to indulge yourself serene and recharge by escaping your mind from ​the Hustle and buzzle of today's crazy life. I appreciate the family feel and ​welcoming me and my children received from 3 Casitas hosts​ with attention ​to conversation. The utmost care was genuine in ​addition to this property enchanting qualities. I did not want to leave​. One day was not enough but just a tease - I will be back​ and I highly recommended ​this place. It is one of the best places I have ever visited and stayed in. Also, stylish and fancy in its quality of rustic decor- perfect for honeymooners and busy bees ​just like myself ​who are looking to recharge batteries from life's hectic trends. Everything was excellent. Staff was really thoughtful and really dedicated in the details. Benny was a great waiter. The food was amazing!!! I'll recommend this place forever. My favorite place to visit!!! They even decorated for our anniversary!!!

Lajas is still recovering from hurricane Maria damage but setting that aside it seems like a real nice place with potential to become a real tourism capital. The government needs to step in and help this area to recover more rapidly.

La Parguera is a beautiful area.

La Parguera is a beautiful area. Highly recommend this area over the more commercially promoted areas!! Recommend Salpicante Mexican Restaurant and Kayaking Parguera 8 AM tour! https://www.kayakingparguera.com

We stayed in Pargeura for 2 nights.

We stayed in Pargeura for 2 nights. The first night we went on a Biobay tour. The next day we explored Cabo Rojo. Everything recreational to do in Parguera is based upon hiring a boat to snorkel, dive, kayak, paddle board etc. There is no beach in close proximity. Also, restaurant choices are quite limited and very meh. Parguera town is very safe and walkable although not particularly scenic. Anything beyond this small marina town requires a car to reach.
