The location could not be more central to Vila do Gerês. The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge and the bed was really spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby and I'm quite fussy about beds and mattresses. The shower/bath was big, the water hot and with good pressure, lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too, European style with some eggs, pastries, fruits, cured meats etc. Would definitely come back again ☺️

It is located in a beautiful location, very quiet and stuff was very nice and helpful. The apartment came with a beautiful terrace with the view of the lake and the swimming pool, also we had a really cool Apple TV and a projector which was very unique and made our stay!! The apartment, the pool, the hosts and the location were all exceptional. Our whole experience at Villas Geres could not have been better. We have stayed at a lot of booking.com sites and Susanna and Thomas were probably the best hosts we have encountered. Their property reflected their high standards, friendliness & attention to detail. Could not recommend the place more highly.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Quinta da Roda. Brian, Thierry, and Candida are amazing hosts—it's a beautiful family-run business. The facilities are incredible, and we truly felt at home. The breakfast was out of this world, with freshly baked bread every morning. They never repeat the bread or the tea, and the fresh herbal tea is delightful. Most of the ingredients are harvested right on the quinta. Thank you so much for this amazing stay!
