Prices have gone up a lot in restaurants and cafés, and most of the time, the quality of the food and service doesn't justify it. Comfortable and stylish in a quiet residential area of Carcavelos about 20 minute walk to a lovely beach (or a 6 minute cycle on electric bikes kindly provided by Manuel and Susana). Near the train station to Lisbon or Cascais. Nice outdoor area and a good bar just across the road for breakfast. We were only here for 2 days to attend an event but could have stayed much longer. A very perfect accommodation experience! 300 meters from the beach, very good WiFi, newly renovated house, very clean! I drove here, I didn't expect that there were more than 20 cars parked in the yard, the breakfast was very rich, each room has free coffee capsules, for me I really like it! The service staff is very good, there is a general private hospital 5 minutes walk nearby! It is really the best choice for vacation and business travel!Guest review byKentoJapan - 8.0

Not very often do I review. This time is necessary. Do not stay, there are too many better options. If the location is important. Still don't stay. Its not an hostel. 7pm check in. After a long flight no were to drop your luggage, never heard of a hostel that doesn't accommodate travelers. Don't go. There are cheaper and better hostel. Don't let the photos fail you. It is close to the train station, where you can travel to Lisbon or to Cascais. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable as were the pillows. Fantastic seaview from our balcony, we were on the 7th floor. Staff were friendly. Self service breakfast and lots to choose from. A great pool, with a diving board. A bus stop in few min. I never use, as in 20 min there is train station you can travel either to Lisbon or to Cascais. But buses network in Portugal is good You can work to beach in 10 min, beach is nice, broad with fine wight sand. Next building has cafe and vendor machines with snack.
