Lovely apartment. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Nice quiet location with a good view across the valley. There is no wifi. The small town is a bit remote but there is a larger town about 15 mins drive where you can get supplies.

the staff is very friendly. Even running the risk of not mentioning everybody, I must name Ricardo as overwhelming nice. The restaurant is also superb (and very good price for what you get). We only had dinner in the last night, but we regreted: we should have eaten there every night. I must say that my experience was even better because due to a problem in the shower of the Superior Room we had reserved, we were upgraded to a suite, and this is a marvelous room. As my wife said, staying in the suite made our experience unicque.

Perfect location, right in front of the municipal garden (with sound of fountain & water), so no noise of cars. Large beautiful rooms with good beds & shower. Kind staff. The check-in is efficient, even without the classic reception. The coffee bar next to it is a wonderful addition for coffee & drinks all day. Close to the bus station, restaurants & shops.

The property is great! Despite being a bit tricky to get to the location, the property is amazing, quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend with family or friends! It is a sustainable accommodation perfect for people who are environmentally friendly! The staff is super friendly, always there to help! Expect to be greeted by a huge dog, Gaia, super friendly!     We had booked a yurt for our one night stay, but it was...

    We had booked a yurt for our one night stay, but it was quite dark inside for a beautiful day. The site was quiet that night so I asked if we could see one of the cabins. As soon as I saw it, I loved it, not big but beautifully put together and a lovely seating area outside, so we swapped. We didn't regret it. Our hosts were really lovely and welcoming, they recommended a local restaurant which was excellent, we had a lovely quiet night and a good breakfast. I recommend Quinta do Ragal heartily.
