the hotel is magnificent, the rooms, the views, the decoration inside the house. The swimming pool and outside garden space. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Madeira.

I would give a million stars if I could, this was the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is magical and we were very sad to leave. The tomato jam was delicious, thank you so much for having us! <3

Absolutely fantastic Villa on a unique location just few minutes drive from the ocean but with wonderful Mountain View. The villa is large, brand new, extremely clean and beautiful. Includes fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and wonderful living room. Jacuzzi at the garden just strengthens the experience. The host Marco is super nice and helpful, the villa comes with an access to the swimming pool at the hotel nearby. This was one of our most beautiful accommodations ever. Very thankful.

    This location is simply out-of-this-world beautiful. I did a lot of driving around Madeira, 700km in a week, so I saw a lot of places. Sao Vicente is lush, green, mountainous and breathtaking. I'm definitely glad we stayed here.

    This is a beautiful, small town in the north side you should definitely stay in. It's central to most everything (even though a huge chunk of a convenient road to some trails was closed...) and has its own lovely charm.

    Helena is very kind helpful and welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The area is beautiful, the house is in the perfect location to explore the north part/north west, and spend time in the capital city. House has huge en-suite rooms and a great size well-equipped kitchen, living room, and terrace with outdoor furniture. We had dinner every day in Sao Vicente (5 min by car) Restaurante Calamar. Excellent food, and we were happy with everything we tried. I am sure will go and stay here next time when we'll visit the island.

    Sao Vicente is a great base for exploring the north of the island without really having a huge amount going for it per se (nothing negative). But Seixal is only a few km away and is my favourite village on the island! Sao Vicente does have a few ok restaurants by the sea but I had better meal experiences elsewhere during my trip. The local caves are closed for the next year or so.

    The village is absolutely beautiful.

    The village is absolutely beautiful. Ideal for walking around. The views are just stunning, especially if you walk on top of the hill where the small chapel is. It's just difficult to get there if you want to use public transport. Buses there are a nightmare. We were lucky enough that our previous host took us there from Funchal. Otherwise we would struggle as nobody whom we asked in Funchal knew where the bus stop was for bus going to Sao Vicente.

    Clean, big, spacious, beautiful location, well balanced design combining new and old elements, marvelous terrace-5 m away from the ocean, the place is perfect especially if you need peace and relaxation. Good WI-FI connection in the kitchen and on the terrace. The flat is approx 15 min walking distance to the center, but, as Sao Vicente is a small village, you will need a car to get around.

    I highly recommend this place! View from front terrace on Sao Vicente is amazing. House is new and has all the necessary amenities. The owner welcomed us with some fruit sand wine. We have very pleasant memories of our time at Passion Fruit ❤️

    Amazing view! Sao Vicente is very beautiful! The washing machine was pretty handful, and not only this, but there was also laundry detergent, which is pretty cool if you think of all the hiking you will do!
