Good communication with owner. 30m outside center but doable. Provided new baby cod. There is a small nice yard in front. Area is OK. Dark curtains were not cheap and were preventing the light. Could be a bit bigger to cover edges.

New hotel, pleasant, innovative, fun design without fancy stuff. Quiet. I'll be back again next week. There is a nice terasse on the first floor with a beer dispenser (chargeable ). Pleasant neighbourhood, good restaurants nearby, one right across the road.
