Everything was great. Huge “thank you” for your help with the transfer! Very friendly and helpful staff. The flight was delayed and arrived late. The room was excellent. Everything was as new and worked flawlessly. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets did not smell of washing soap (very important for me!). Markus, at reception, is not only respectful and uncommonly helpful, but he also has an in-depth knowledge of the city and the best routes to take, whether walking (Belgrade was made for walking) or taking a taxi. I was going to order dinner one night as I wasn’t feeling so good, but he suggested I try the restaurant. Oh boy! The gnocchi with mushrooms was out of the world - and the panna cotta. I highly recommend eating at least one night in the hotel !
