What can I tell you about Jayden Hotel ? I choose this hotel while I was in Madina .The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The receptionist Mahmood,Umar and especially the darling Leen she been helping a lot while my flight was cancelled .She is very nice and helpful as well very professional. Leen make sure that no one talk rude to their client and she is so nice that she really made me feel home during my stay. Regarding Housekeeping Ibrahim Khalil he is too good.Everytime he will ask me to clean my room and that guy he is so nice ,well mannered and the way he made us feel comfortable is really amazing . Ibrahim make sure I have everything in my room . He kept checking on us about the room necessities. The bellman MD Parvej and Khairul islam the always have smile on their face .They been helping a lot for the suitcase and make sure my belongings are safe .They are very welcoming 🙏 😊 And I would like to express thank you to Mr Salam who managed to get me a taxi and make sure am comfortable in travelling . The food at Jayden hotel are very delicious and lots of varieties and I really enjoy. Jayden hotel are really too good and all the person from receptionist ,housekeeping ,chef till the bellman are more than 5✨️plus . You all doing great job keep going Jayden Hotel Will come soon insha allah

Close to the Haram. Mr. Khaled at the reception was very welcoming and had a pleasing personality. Housekeeping staff always trying their best to impress the guest . Interacted with a staff member named Jowel who was very responsive to guest needs.

Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Ms. Ibtihal & Mr.Omar for the great hospitality. Upon my arrival Mr. Omar did an upgrade for my room to a Suite which was very clean and comfortable. A fruit Plate was also delivered to my room upon my arrival. Ms. Ibtihal at Guest Relation was very kind and helpful during my stay. Food at the Restaurant was delicious. I will definitely visit the hotel again. Thank you very much.

They upgraded our room to a Haram view, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly enhanced our stay. The breakfast options were good, though expanding the variety would make it even better. The quality of the food was consistently high. The hotel staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

I recently spent a night here after umrah, and I have to say, it was quite a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient as I arrived late in the evening. The manger Wael El-Sayed was friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink, a nice touch after a long journey. The modern amenities, comfortable bed, and spacious living area really seem to have enhanced your experience and ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the large living room space that was provided the bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The location close to the Haram and nearby attractions also adds a lot of convenience, making it easy to explore Madinah. It’s great that the checkout process was just as seamless, leaving you with a positive impression overall.

    Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. Thank you.

    Don’t trust the hotel ratings, must be done by friends of the owner, I would not recommend it, pillows and sheets stinks, restrooms are definitely in need for upgrades, no floor towel, no body towels, leak from the restroom above, ceiling tiles almost falling. Sorry, this facility doesn’t meet minimal expectations for the cost of the rooms.
