The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price. Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay there.
