The hotel its self was very old worldly but lovely it suited the location beautifully The breakfast was very good with a wonderful selection of fresh fruit everyday. The bed was very comfortable the room large Staff were excellent couldn't do enough for me, always friendly. I can not speak highly enough of the whole experience.

Good location. You can easily walk around Victoria on foot. Marie Antoinette ( famous creole restaurant in Victoria ) is a few minutes on foot. Also, you can get on bus to Beau Vallon from the bus stop near the hotel.

We spend there 4 days. Benjamin the host was super friendly, very helpful, he pick us from airport, although it was very early. He show as a town, before we arrive to the apartment, stop by the store, that we would able to do first grocery shopping. The view from apartment is incredible. Just wow! The place is clean, and has everything what you need for staying. the bus stop is 200m from the house. It was pleasure to stay there.

We had absolutely amazing stay at Phoenix apartments. The room was very modern and spacious, the only one with efficient and well working AC we found in Seychelles. The view was fantastic and the best was the swimming pool. We came to this apartment after 3 weeks of active holiday in Seychelles to just stay and chill by the pool. And it was the best decision.

It was the best choice, we stayed twice there the first four days on Mahe Island and when we returned back from the other islands we were very happy that we were staying again there . The location is very convenient because is near to Victoria 20 min drive to Beau Vallon Beach , and close to everything thing and the view is spectacular. You can watch the sunrise from there, it's very relaxing. The owners were very helpful with everything . They welcomed us with fresh juice and fresh tropical fruit from the garden and also one day they brought us homemade local food. Definitely recommend and we hope one day we will be back there. Greetings from Greece 🇬🇷

We felt at home! Marlene and David along with Jean Luc are super host! They arranged also a car rental at a good price and helped us making the most of our time in Mahe. We found a lot of fresh local fruit in the fridge! Marlene was way too kind to let us have a a shower before our flight even after the check out time. Thank you for everything!

Very convenient apartments to stay on Mahe. Many shops and cafe nearby, good parking, close to the ferry terminal. Apartments are big and have a great view to the mountains. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer are great. Staff were very helpful during check in and helped us with all our issues with car rent. Highly recommended.

Everything about the apartment is perfect 🥰 It was like heaven, I wished I could take it home and make it my home.Modern furniture,sea views, the building, the service, they even offered free bus card to use👏 they really did outstanding job.Everything is as in the pictures, pity I can only put 4 pictures as required in the review.Roger and Claire are awesome loving family, God bless them.

    Variety of shops. Safe. Cultural. Food is expensive. Beautiful lush terrain. Humid. Bus is best way to travel. Reasonable. When you change buses you have to pay fare again (12 rupees). Cabs are expensive. Many pharmacies if required. Locals are friendly, helpful. Bus service good M- F and Sunday. Minimal Saturday. Not much open Sunday.

    Victoria was easily accessed, there were many markets and most people spoke English. There are frequent rain showers that lasted a few minutes which is a relief as it is hot and humid most of the time. The restaurants were great but for South Africans it worked out expensive to eat and drink. There were far too many cars on the road and simply no parking available in Victoria. lovely sights and scenery . The roads that lead over the mountain give way to absolutely breath taking views. The local busses and their drivers were a menace on the road but they provided value for money public transport.

    Not the type of capitol city many of us are used too.

    Not the type of capitol city many of us are used too. You'll see it all within 2 hours. The tourist offer is pretty slim at best, while any tourist related item prices are very steep. In Seychelles, it's the beaches you'll enjoy, not the city atmosphere.

    Victoria is ok, but we spent most of our time renting an apartment (Villa Bella) on the North East point, which was perfect for us. The North East point is far away from any touristy areas, so you'll need a car, which I'd recommend anyways to go to the different beaches, trails, supermarket etc. So stay elsewhere than Victoria is my advice!

    The accommodation is highly recommended! We were given a very warm welcome and our host was very nice and flexible concerning our arrival. We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation in the morning and walked to a small beach nearby - with beach towels from the accommodation. The view is spectacular! Nothing was missing in the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning in the bedrooms works perfectly. A 20-minute walk takes you to Carana Beach, which is a dream!

    Daphne was a great host, she helped us with anything we needed. The place itself has a very good location - very short walk directly to the beach with a nice snorkeling / shopping opportunities. The supermarket and the bus station are just under the mail road. Everything was perfectly clean, room and bathroom were very spacious, equiped with everything needed. The terrace was the best place - beautiful view, outdoor shower, very private.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect: from communication with hospitable Sharon to expressions of the aparts. It’s spacious, comfortable, stylish, has great view from the terrace. The location is close to the beautiful beaches and cafes, shops.

    A lovely building with balcony and views over Victoria. 20 minutes walk from the capital but quiet and with a nice garden. The staff were very friendly. Good value particularly,when compared with the ridiculously expensive resort hotels.
