Three lovely cottages with great swimming spots nearby! Very cozy and comfortable with all the basic amenities. Lots of tables to hang out and grill with friends. Also very helpful, responsive and discrete host. I would totally recommend for a short escape to the archipelago.

Absolutely beautiful hotel that has the most gorgeous interiors! The rooms are so homely and comfortable. The food in the main restaurant was delicious and the spa was also such a treat.

The included breakfast was amazing - eggs, pancakes, mini croissants, fruit, cheese, bread, smoothies, fruit juices, cereal choices. The outdoor activities cost a bit extra but made the visit so great for our kids (10 & 13). We did mini golf, soccer golf, the forest obstacle course, and alpaca feeding. The staff were all super friendly and the facilities were beautiful inside and out. There is also an ice cream shop and lots of gourmet candy for sale.

Located on the gorgeous island of Grinda, just a two hour ferry ride from Stockholm, Grinda Wärdshus provides the perfect setting for a lovely get away! The apparemment is fitted with everything you need (in the kitchen, in the bathroom…you even can recharge our car) and the terrasse is wonderful. A lot of attention has been put in all details, it is really perfect. The place is very well situated, you have a bakery at 30m, a supermarket at 500m an the sea all around. All is at bike distance wonderful (bikes are available in the house!) The ferry for the islands (Sandham) is less than a mile away. The paradise !

It feels like home away from home. All you need is there - dishwasher, washing machine etc. and everything you need in the kitchen. There are also plenty of sitting areas on the terrace and a lot of lounge chairs. It looks really like in the photos on Booking. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. It’s very peaceful but not isolated with the view of the greenery. If you like to walk, you could enjoy a lots of walking on gravel roads in the forest. Wi-Fi works very well. We did some work there and it worked perfectly. If you are not used to the light during the night which is normal during the summer and as the doors to the bedrooms have small windows, we suggest to do what we did and that is to put the aluminum foil on it, so that it’s dark. The owners are very nice and very responsive. There is a nice restaurant Strömma Krog by the water where you can park you car, you just need to tell to the staff at the restaurant on arrival. We ate also at the golf course Fågelbro nearby where they also have dishes of the day and you can enjoy the Swedish food. We recommend this property without any hesitation. We could imagine to come back again. It was a perfect family vacation.

Just what we were looking for, a remote and beautiful location to experience Sweden. Everywhere we went, we met really friendly people, and the weather was just glorious. Swimming in the archipelago was so amazing, and the pool a real treat. The local restaurant and bakery in Djurö are just superb, highly recommend them. Great comms with the owner. A really perfect stay, would love to come back!

The property was located in the countryside outside Stockholm and so was really quiet. There were walks which led to beaches and into the forests; we quite often saw deer and even saw a moose/elk in the garden. Even though it was outside Stockholm there was a convenient bus service into the city that took about an hour each way; this meant that we didn't have to drive to most locations. It was also convenient for the ferry (short bus ride away) which went to locations such as Sandhamn. One last comment is the Bageri within walking distance of the property; it was excellent for a mid morning cup of tea/coffee and a cake. The quality and cleanliness of the property was really good. The beds were big and comfortable; the shower was good and came with facilities such as a dishwasher. I wouldn't have problem recommending this property to someone else. As for Sweden; great place to visit.. would definitely go back again.

The Breakfast was perfect . The night meal was amazing. Location was so beautiful and peaceful , i walk up a Hill and the view from there was spectacler and ive been in Sweden for 3 weeks and it was not until i looked at this view of the arcapalego that i relised i was in Scandanaviaa . Im from Australia and i hope to return next year or at least every other year.. Lastly i think it is amazing the school group that lives on the ground s where very well behaved and the phyical education teahers are super Nice. As well as the younger school ground.
