United StatesWhere to start? Fantastic staff, got to check in early, self-drive game viewing. The reserve is perfect for kids and families as there are no predators. Our villa was remote, gorgeous, and amplyou stocked with more than everything we could need. A/C and fans worked, kitchen and cooking was great, nice hot water. Just a dream of a stay! It is self-catered so bring your own foodstuffs.

United Arab EmiratesThe location is unbeatable! You can just sit in a deck chair all day watching the animals come to the watering hole or (passive ones) wander around the accommodation area. Rhinos, a family of giraffes, a giant lizard (I’m guessing), an elephant, impala, monkey, frog… on safari we saw lions and 4 of the big 5, vultures, even 3 baby warthogs! It was incredible and filled my cup. (I’ve been on safaris before but this one is more relaxing as you also get the animals coming to you)

We enjoyed our stay, the facility was great and so the price...
We enjoyed our stay, the facility was great and so the price also. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which was very nice. Will definitely visit again. The only downside in our unit was the bath, we would have preferred a shower.

The game Guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant.
The game Guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately on our first Sunset drive, there was a big storm and all the passengers were soaking wet and freezing cold. Guides should have asked us if we wanted to go home and / or plastic ponchos should have been available for the use of guests on the drive. A small blanket would have been a good thing too as it was very cold.
Perhaps a bit more info regarding procedure at the restaurant and more upfront info regarding the lack of charging facilities for phones.
Our paraffin lamp was leaking and so a very strong paraffin smell pervaded our accommodation.
