The hotel is new. I think I may have been the first guest to ever stay in my room. The locals referred to it as 'the new hotel'. Everything is new and clean. But the outstanding thing is the size of the accommodation. It is not just a room, but more like a one-bedroom apartment with a living area/kitchenette, and a separate bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located in a small street in a neighbourhood that provides an authentic experience of urban Thai life. Like many small corners of Bangkok, it seems like a village. There is a local market, where the same people appear every day. The locals are surprised and curious to see you, hardly any speak English. The food choices are plentiful and the prices are very cheap. Downstairs there is a coffee shop. I think it is run by the family who run the hotel. It has a very friendly vibe. The owners speak good English. Nothing was difficult. The owners and the staff were genuinely friendly, in contrast to the smarmy sycophancy you get in big hotels. The nearest MRT station (underground train) is a 10-minute walk and will take you anywhere in Bangkok. There is also a shopping centre (Big C) that is about 8 minutes walk. Best of all, the amazing (and I don't use that word lightly) street food of Huai Khwang is a 15-minute walk.

Wonderful quiet secluded location with lovely garden and terrace right beside the busy Chao Praya River. Staff were excellent and took care of me in a very professional way after I tripped and cut myself in various places! Really can’t fault the hotel at all.

Large, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Taxi ride to the central train station is 10-15 minutes. There are not restaurants or shops nearby, but they have bikes you can ride to 7-11. On a very quiet alley. Very suitable for a good night's sleep, if you have an early train to catch. Not as suitable if you want to be near bars and restaurants.

Everything was fantastic. Super clean and spacious with nice tasteful decor. Pool was great for a morning dip or post sightseeing chill. The kids loved it. However, it was a bit deep for small children - might be worth packing an inflatable if you have kids below 150cm. Beautiful little garden to relax. Comfy beds and good basic amenities like coffee machine and tea. Also, there was free Netflix, Disney and HBO on the 2 TVs, which was an unexpected bonus. Overall, just a great holiday apartment - a little home from home.

Convenient place to stay. Not so far to train station (MRT and skyline) and malls (Union Mall, Big C, and Central Ladprao). I got some delicious snacks and drinks powder. So clean, tidy, private, lovely indoor and outdoor environments!

Nice, pleasant hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. Nice staff at reception. They were waiting for me even after 19:00. The room had a toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and soap. Fresh towels and new hairdryer. Nearby shop 7 eleven

    I had a great time at this location.

    I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.

    Everything is great.

    Everything is great. The bathroom is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are approachable, they have free coffee, and I think you can use their refrigerator for free, but I wasn't able to use it.

    It is not a tourist area, which is good or bad depending on the purpose of your travel. I was there to spend lots of time working on my computer and going out just to get a break, exercise and eat. I needed a decent space, that was quiet, with good aircon, a big table and fast internet. All these were there. I got a lot of work done. The local neighbourhood was great. Very authentic, cheap food. Just walking through the small streets was great entertainment. The taxi relied on my GPS to find it, because it is a new, small boutique hotel. Go there for an immersive urban Thai experience.
