If you are looking for a place in the middle of nature, this is your spot. Beautiful garden and beautiful view! The staff is so helpful and so kind! They did everything to make us the most comfortable possible. They made us a New Year’s celebration, cooked dinner for us and showed us places around the island. I highly recommend going to this place!

The host organised everything for us from private day trips to dinner on the beach. Definitely need cash before you go as there are no atms. But great vibe and cool experience.

gorgeous setting with beautiful gardens. the location is very cool and breezy and at night the chairs on the beach are perfect for star gazing. We had an idyllic trip by longtail boat to Anf Tjong marine park. Go early, as your hosts suggest, and you will have Ang Thong to yourself for a few hours. Breakfast is generous and our hosts are just the loveliest people. Sao and Mr Daeng. we will always remember you and hope to return to Koh Phaluai xxxx

It was my last week in Thailand, and I wanted to isolate myself on a peaceful island. I found this place on Google Maps, and it turned out to be an incredible experience — living in nature, camping, and spending time with a beautiful Thai family. I’m truly grateful to Tom and his family, who were kind, warm, and very attentive. They picked me up from the pier, invited me to dinner several times, and even helped me shop at the island’s minimarket. They were always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Tom also guided me around and helped me explore the island. As for the campsite, it’s well set up. One day there was a storm, and the tent held up perfectly. The island is very natural, with a rich insect ecosystem, so I recommend bringing repellent. Still, this is part of the island’s charm — wild, untouched, and unlike any other island I visited in Thailand. If you're looking for a place without tourists, surrounded by nature and ideal for meditation or disconnecting, this is the perfect spot.

We had only one night in Lam-tong so we did not have time to see the area around. BUT the family who owns this hotel is amazing, friendly and helpful. Chris the son not only picked us up from the airport and brought us next day to ferry. He also helped the half night finding our lost suitcase. He called airlines and airports. So we got our bag in the next day. Also the view from our bungalow was just beautiful, we had one with two beds and there is enough space as well as a working AC. The garden looks super nice. We are happy we booked this place and met this nice people. We will come back.

We were travelling to Koh Samui and this was the best place to stay. the place was next to a scenic beach and also about 300 meters from the SeaTran Pier. When we booked the hotel, the concierge contacted us and we got a great deal from Surat Thani Airport to the hotel directly.
