Everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a breathtaking view. The cleanliness was flawless, and we felt truly comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel staff were outstanding—always kind, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options, from delicious Thai dishes to Western-style favorites, so there’s something for everyone. The breakfast service starts at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for us as we had early tours in Bangkok starting at 8 AM. I also want to emphasize the excellent value for money this hotel offers.

Great location - BTS station close by, great restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel, Friendly and helpful staff, Room was nice and clean - yes room is not the biggest but definitely not claustrophobic as some are describing it in the reviews, Tasty breakfasts - moderate variety, always fresh fruits and pastry, great miso soup, Nice bar - a bit on the pricey side but with happy hour 1+1 free drink it's a good deal, Gym - adequate - 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, free weights(dumbbells) up to 20kg Surprisingly great soap and shampoo. I never thought I will mention soap and shampoo in the review but here it is :)

Our family has been spending New Year’s holidays in Bangkok for several years, and we consistently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Its convenient location near Siam Paragon, excellent service, and high-quality standards have made it our go-to choice for many years. Last year, we decided to try something new and stayed at the Eastin serviced apartment hotel. It was a wonderful experience: spacious rooms, a cosy, almost homely atmosphere – everything was convenient and comfortable. In 2025, we continued this tradition and chose Chatrium, which also offers serviced apartment accommodations. We were delighted with excellent service, a convenient location, and diverse, delicious breakfasts - everything was top-notch! A shuttle operated between the hotel and Siam Paragon every 10 minutes, with a travel time of just 2 or 3 minutes. It was convenient that you could send your shopping bags via the shuttle, and they would be delivered directly to your room, allowing you to continue your shopping without interruption. The only minor drawback was the relatively modest pool, and there were times when sunbeds were in short supply, but for a city-based serviced apartment hotel, this was not a critical issue. Verdict: we will return! 😎

    It's a great spot to be, the pool is super clean, the garden...

    It's a great spot to be, the pool is super clean, the garden is beautiful. We used the bikes from the property to cycle through the park which was really lovely. However we struggled with the location as well, you're very much in the middle of the local life, however the fence makes it very clear that there's a huge line between us tourists and them local people. You don't feel part of the neighborhood, but more like an intruder who comes and look how the poor people live... I think it would help if the property would organize / facilitate the contact with the locals more...
