My initial impression of the receptionists, Hanadi and Saba, was outstanding. The management is incredibly fortunate to have such exceptional professionals. Their hospitality and customer service skills are top-notch—they are welcoming, friendly, immensely helpful, and always exude warmth with their smiles. The rooms are impeccably clean and hygienic, with fresh scents throughout the hotel. Room service is exceptionally prompt. The soul , decor , energy , vibes and on top of that the friendliness of each individual. I thought of trying Four Seasons and then move for my last few days here. I know now for sure next time i am coming i am definitely staying in this one not the four seasons. The beds are so comfy you will sleep better than home. Sana , Jehaan and all the staff are amazing. You will feel at home at all times.
