Great staff, you can ask them anything and they will help you. The hotel is close to one of the Gondolas and you can ask them how to reach the others with a shuttle. The food was delicious!

Great location, the hotel has rental service at Das Apres, also a transfer to the gates. Lovely and cozy of the building, design with natural materials such as wood and marble. Fabulous breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff. If I travel to Erciyes for snowboarding, I’ll definitely staying in this hotel once again!

Whole facility was wonderful. Food was amazing. I can confidently say that the kids club was the best that I’ve ever seen. Spa and rooms were wonderful as well.
