This is place is paradise! Everything was perfect. The location is not in the center of Lushoto, but you can easily get there with a Boda. The view is breathtaking and service ist excellent. Everybody is so friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. I loved it so much, that I even stayed longer, than I originally planned. Thanks for everything.

Paradise on Earth. Location of this hotel is just amazing. Walking distance to everything (town, waterfalls, restaurants, ...). And the place itself is so beautiful. So green. Just being there could be enough :) We actually extended our stay, because we didn't want to leave. Room was really nice and clean. Great shower with hot water. Breakfast was really delicious as well. And the staff was really very friendly.

Our stay at Uvi House & Restaurant was an unforgettable experience. Nestled on a spectacular cliff at 1841 meters altitude, the views of the Usambara mountains were simply breathtaking. The eco-friendly and socially involved business concept of Uvi House made our stay even more special. Nothing beats the feeling of getting a free upgrade at a hotel. We had booked the budget double room and were upgraded to one of the bungalows, which was spacious, beautifully decorated with local materials, and had a private terrace offering stunning views. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff at Uvi House were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their passion for hospitality and the local culture was evident in every interaction. They provided excellent recommendations for activities and guided us through the stunning hiking paths of the Usambara mountains. If you're looking for a unique, eco-friendly getaway that offers both relaxation and adventure, Uvi House & Restaurant is the perfect destination. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

We loved the host (so kind) and the staff, the location is perfect (you can start hiking directly from the hotel). In the evening the host cooked for us for small money (we asked in the morning if it’s possible). The day hike to Irene view Point was amazing!! Taxi from the village (nice market) was 10.000, boda boda was 2.000. we love to come back one day (with our kids -hihi)

We arrived late (around 8:00 in the evening) but immediately there was someone to help us. They even made dinner for us!!! So we could eat just when we arrived! So kind. And the food is amazing!! We stayed for 4 nights!! Firts booked 3 nights, but because we liked this place so much we booked one extra!! For real: go to this place!! Jackson is de host and he is awesome!!! He helps with literally everything. He told us about some politics, history, the nice places around en he made contact with busdrivers/taxi drivers/ guides for us. All i can say is that Jackson is an amazing guy/host, the nature is beyond beautiful here, and the food is so good. Samsa made breakfast and dinner every day and she kept suprising us with the local, vegetarian meals!! Oh and the matress of the bed was very good as well :) Thankyou Samsa, Jackson and Mirage (night guard) for making our stay so comfortabel!

The stuff was realy kind and helpful. Room was clean and specious, with a balcoon and bwutiful view on the garden. The location is nearby the center of Lushotot, about 10min from bus station. The breakfast was really good, we received also fruits.

We stayed 3 nights at David's place and couldn't be happier! David has built a very nice place with nice houses and a great garden. It is still being expanded and we would like to see the result when everything is finished, because it will certainly be even better! The room was very cozy and clean, it is also worth mentioning that the shower is the best (and hottest) we can remember having experienced in Africa. The food was delicious! Not to mention, David and the rest of the staff were wonderful hosts. David helped us with anything we needed. We can't help but recommend this place warmly, and wish David and his family all the best!
